a member of the PGA Golf Professional Team at GC Markgräflerland,
means being committed to professionalism, ongoing further
education, teaching of the highest standard providing video and
software swing analysis, dynamic club fitting and playing the game
at tournament level.
Richard
Swords – Head Professional
The
PGA of Great Britain and Ireland (Class AA), Swiss PGA (Class A)
Born
in Bath, England in 1972, Richard played as an amateur for his
club and County at both regional and national levels. After
turning professional in 1998 he was awarded the Titleist
Scholarship for his work as a trainee with the PGA of Great
Britain and Ireland. He began his playing career as a professional
in 2002 and amongst his successes are 3rd in the 2004
Swiss PGA Championship, 5th representing Switzerland in
the PGA of Europe Team Championship 2005 and 1st at the
Swiss Pro Golf Tour event at his home club in August 2006. He
enjoys teaching a wide range of golfers at all levels. He also
specialises in club-fitting and oversees golf schools. Richard is
dedicated to developing himself as a professional and is actively
involved in the further education programmes of both the British

Adam
Lambe
Swiss
PGA (Class B)
Born
in Cornwall, England in 1980, Adam began golf at a relatively late
age of 15. As an amateur (handicap 3) he played for his club and
County. He began his professional career in England as an
assistant before moving to Spain and then to Switzerland, where he
became a qualified PGA pro in 2005. Adam is the newest addition to
the GCM Pro Team and as well as being a dedicated teacher, he
specialises in club-fitting, sales and club repairs. Adam is
committed to developing himself as a professional and is actively
involved in the further education programme of the Swiss PGA Contact:

Graham
Currie The
PGA of Great Britain and Ireland (Fellow).
Born
in Liverpool, England in 1964 Graham turned professional at the
age of 18. He worked in England and Scotland, before arriving at
GC Markgräferland. Head Professional at GCM for many years,
Graham gave up the title to become the clubs first Director of
Golf in 2001. His coaching achievements include building an
extremely successful junior training program at the club. Since
1999 he has led the club’s First Team to five team championship
titles in eight years. Over 20 years of coaching were rewarded in
November 2005, when Graham was awarded the title of “Fellow of
the PGA” by the PGA of Great Britain and Ireland. This was in
recognition for his success and initiative with young players, as
well as his ongoing commitment to further education.
